CHOCOLATE CHAI

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 teaspoon GREENSFUD TEA POWDER
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, preferably Dutch-process
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon GREENSFUD VANILLA EXTRACT
  • ½ teaspoon ground GREENSFUD CINNAMON
  • ½ teaspoon ground GREENSFUD NUTMEG
  • sweetened whipped cream
  • 2 GREENSFUD CINNAMON STICKS

Instructions

  1. In a little saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Put tea powder in it, cover it, and turn off the heat. Observe for three to five minutes.
  2. Then combine sugar and cocoa. Bringing the mixture back to a boil over medium heat. Add the milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg after mixing. Don’t boil; just bring to a boil. Pour into mugs, then garnish with cinnamon sticks and whipped cream.
