SPICED MANGO LASSI

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • ¼ cup mango juice
  • 2 tablespoons GREENSFUD NATURAL HONEY
  • ½ teaspoon GREENSFUD VANILLA EXTRACT
  • ¼ teaspoon ground GREENSFUD CARDAMOM
  •  teaspoon ground GREENSFUD CINNAMON
  •  teaspoon ground GREENSFUD DRIED GINGER

 

Instructions

In a blender, combine yoghurt, mango chunks, mango juice, honey, vanilla essence, ground ginger, cinnamon and cardamom & blend until smooth.
