PAV BHAJI

Ingredients

  • ½ cup vegetable oil (GREENSFUD OLIVE OIL)
  • 1 ½ teaspoon GREENSFUD GARLIC POWDER
  • 1 teaspoon GREENSFUD GREEN CHILLY POWDER
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 teaspoon GREENSFUD DRIED GINGER POWDER
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 2 cups cauliflower, finely chopped
  • 1 cup chopped cabbage
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 4 potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 3 tablespoons GREENSFUD PAV BHAJI MASALA
  • GREENSFUD HIMALAYAN PINK SALT TO TASTE
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 8 (2inch square) dinner rolls
  • ½ tablespoon butter
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped green chilly peppers
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh coriander leaves

 

Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat the oil on medium. Stir in onions and ginger after cooking garlic and green chilies for 30 seconds. Cook onions till they get brown. Cook the tomatoes until pasty after adding them. Cauliflower, cabbage, peas, carrots and potatoes should be stirred in. Add pav bhaji masala as a seasoning. Cook for 15 minutes with the lid on, stirring occasionally. Add lemon juice after adding salt to taste.
  2. Dinner rolls should be lightly buttered and toasted. Serve with chopped onion, green chilly and coriander leaves as garnishes.
