INGREDIENTS: Pink Salt, Garlic Powder, Red cayenne, Chilli, Ginger, Coriander, Green chilly powder, Mustard, Turmeric, Dried tomato, Black peppercorns.
CULINARY USE: Suitable for Chicken 65, Fish, Potato, Cauliflower, Mushroom.
DIRECTION OF USE: The marinated chicken is then deep fried until cooked and crispy. Fried chicken can be served plain or with a spicy sauce. It is essential to leave the chicken to marinate for a few hours. The longer you marinate the chicken, the juicier it becomes. Marinade the chicken for at least 1 hour and up to overnight.
