DRIED GINGER POWDER

GREENSFUD DRIED GINGER POWDER is made from  powdered ginger root that has been dehydrated in cryogenic process.

CULINARY USE:

• It is commonly used as a seasoning agent while preparing ginger breads, cakes, cookies and ginger beer.
• To regulate cholesterol and blood sugar, it can also be consumed along with warm water.

DIRECTION OF USE: The following are all equivalent to 1 gram of ginger: 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger. 1 teaspoon grated raw ginger. 4 cups water steeped with 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger.
