GREENSFUD DRIED LEMONS are actually limes, to impart a strong bitter flavor in addition to sourness. They are created by boiling ripe limes in salt water and then drying them in the sun until the insides turn black. The external colour varies from tan to black.
CULINARY USE: Stews, seafood, soups, vegetables, mandi and biriyani go best with it. Furthermore, it can enhance the flavor of sauces, baked goods, cakes and grilled meat. To water, iced tea or hot tea, we can also add dried lemon pieces.
