CULINARY USE: It is a tasty addition for soups, pizzas, stews, dips, sauces, meats, sandwiches, pasta, salads or cheese. Also add this to scrambled eggs, biscuits, waffles. We can also make tomato chips by adding this dried tomato.
DIRECTION OF USE: Just give them a 30-minute soak in warm water to make them supple and soft, then drain (save the liquid to flavor stocks and sauces), pat them dry and use as specified in your recipe. To reconstitute you can also add wine, broth or other cooking liquids.
