SPICY OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIES

Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • ½ cup butter flavored shortening
  • 1 cup GREENSFUD JAGGERY POWDER
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon GREENSFUD VANILLA EXTRACT
  • 1 ½ cups wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground GREENSFUD CINNAMON
  • ½ teaspoon ground GREENSFUD CLOVES
  • ½ teaspoon GREENSFUD HIMALAYAN PINK SALT
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup GREENSFUD RAISINS

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F (175°C).
  2. Cream the butter, shortening with a butter flavor, jaggery powder, white sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth in a large basin. Stir the flour mixture into the sugar mixture after combining the baking soda, salt, cinnamon and cloves. Add the raisins and oats after that. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets without cooking spray.
  3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden and light. Avoid overbaking. Before taking them from the cookie sheets to finish cooling, give them two minutes to cool.

Notes

In an airtight container, store it. They don’t last very long, so make sure to acquire some!
