CULINARY USE:
- Make a wonderful duck roast masala curry with this duck roast masala.
- This can also be used as a marinade for duck before roasting or grilling.
DIRECTION OF USE: Marinate the duck meat with duck roast masala 15 gram per kilo. Add 1 tablespoon of this duck roast masala to sauté.
