BASIC BURGER
The Basic Burger is created with salt, pepper, an egg, and lean ground beef. Toppings and toasted buns can be added to the burger to make it your own.

Ingredients
- 2 large egg
- ½ teaspoon GREENSFUD HIMALAYAN PINK SALT
- ½ teaspoon GREENSFUD CRUSHED BLACK PEPPER
- 500 grams ground beef
- ½ cup fine GREENSFUD REGULAR BREAD dry crumps
Instructions
- Preheat an outdoor grill on high heat and give the grates a quick oiling.
- In a medium bowl, combine the egg, salt and pepper. Combine the bread crumbs and ground beef with a fork or your hands until thoroughly combined. Four 3/4-inch-thick patties should be formed.
- On the heated grill, place the patties. Make one egg bullseye and place it on the top. Cook with a cover for 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until done. A center-inserted instant-read thermometer should register at least 160 degrees Fahrenheit (70 degrees C).

Cheese slices, sliced beefsteak tomatoes, red and white onions(raw or grilled), ketchup, mustard, pickles, mayonnaise, lettuce leaves.
