Ingredients
- 2 large egg
- ½ teaspoon GREENSFUD HIMALAYAN PINK SALT
- ½ teaspoon GREENSFUD CRUSHED BLACK PEPPER
- 500 grams ground beef
- ½ cup fine GREENSFUD REGULAR BREAD dry crumps
Instructions
- Preheat an outdoor grill on high heat and give the grates a quick oiling.
- In a medium bowl, combine the egg, salt and pepper. Combine the bread crumbs and ground beef with a fork or your hands until thoroughly combined. Four 3/4-inch-thick patties should be formed.
- On the heated grill, place the patties. Make one egg bullseye and place it on the top. Cook with a cover for 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until done. A center-inserted instant-read thermometer should register at least 160 degrees Fahrenheit (70 degrees C).
