GREENSFUD EGG ROAST MASALA is a fusion of spices prepared in the traditional south Indian recipe. Use Egg Roast Masala to add a mouthwatering flavor to your egg recipe. It is made of a blend of unique authentic spices. It enhances the flavor and aroma of your egg curry.

INGREDIENTS: Coriander, Gram Dhal, Turmeric, Chilly, Fennel, Pink Salt, Nutmeg, fenugreek, Cumin seed, Garlic, Star-anise, Black pepper, Dried Ginger, Cloves, Cinnamon, Cardamom.

CULINARY USE: Egg roast masala can be added with onion, tomato and masala gravy along with boiled eggs. Appam (a rice and coconut pancake), Noolappam or Puttu are frequently eaten with them for breakfast. The base of this curry is caramelized onions and tomato seasoned with crushed ginger and garlic.
