CULINARY USE:
- It is used as a condiment to flavor mayonnaise and tomato ketchup as well as sauces, salad dressings, gravies, stews, spaghetti, chutneys, pickles, curried foods etc.
- Classic dishes like garlic bread, garlic toast, bruschetta, crostini and canapé can be made using garlic powder and bread.
DIRECTION OF USE: Use 1/4 tsp. garlic powder as a substitute of 1 fresh garlic clove.
