GREENSFUD ONION FLAKES are made when onions are minced and dehydrated. They can be baked, roasted or fried until crisp and dry.
CULINARY USE:
- Small amounts of the flakes can be used to add the crispiness and roasted flavor of onion to sandwiches, salads, sauces and other dishes.
- They’re also scattered on top of the pizza.
DIRECTION OF USE: Use 3 tablespoons of dried onion flakes as a substitute. Large Onion: Produces about 1 1/2 cups of chopped onion. When substituting, use 4 1/2 tablespoons of dried onion flakes.
