SPECIFICATIONS:
GREENSFUD KODO MILLET is also known as cow grass, rice grass, ditch millet, Indian cow grass. Kodo millet is repository of nutrients, a great substitute for rice and wheat.
CULINARY USE: It is a substitute for rice and wheat; To make porridge, upma, dhoklas, idlis and falafel or sorts with the addition of tofu and vegetables. It also serves as a salad base.
DIRECTION OF USE: Always soak Kodo millets for a minimum of 2 to 3 hours, before cooking for better absorption of nutrients and digestion.
