Ingredients
- 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- ¼ cup mango juice
- 2 tablespoons GREENSFUD NATURAL HONEY
- ½ teaspoon GREENSFUD VANILLA EXTRACT
- ¼ teaspoon ground GREENSFUD CARDAMOM
- ⅛ teaspoon ground GREENSFUD CINNAMON
- ⅛ teaspoon ground GREENSFUD DRIED GINGER
Instructions
In a blender, combine yoghurt, mango chunks, mango juice, honey, vanilla essence, ground ginger, cinnamon and cardamom & blend until smooth.
