CHEESY GRANOLA BARS

Ingredients

  • 200 grams rolled oats
  • 50 grams pumpkin seeds
  • 50 grams GREENSFUD CHIA SEEDS
  • 20 grams GREENSFUD BLACK SESAMME SEEDS
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon GREENSFUD ONION POWDER
  • ¼ teaspoon GREENSFUD GARLIC POWDER
  • 250 grams Cheddar cheese (coarsely grated)
  • 100 grams parmesan cheese (finely grated)

 

Instructions

 

  1. Center the oven rack and heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175C)
  2. Combine the rolled oats, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, smoked paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder in a big bowl.
  3. Stir in the Cheddar and parmesan cheese, then sprinkle evenly.
  4. Spread the batter onto a nonstick jelly roll pan and press it firmly to adhere the ingredients.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the granola is golden brown and the cheese has crisped.
  6. After taking the pan out of the oven, transfer the heated granola to a cutting board and cut it into squares or bars. Remove the pan from the oven and while the granola is still hot, transfer it to a cutting board and cut into squares or bars. Let them cool completely and store in an airtight container.

7.These savory granola bars taste best when left to rest for a day or two.
