CHEESY GRANOLA BARS

Ingredients
- 200 grams rolled oats
- 50 grams pumpkin seeds
- 50 grams GREENSFUD CHIA SEEDS
- 20 grams GREENSFUD BLACK SESAMME SEEDS
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon GREENSFUD ONION POWDER
- ¼ teaspoon GREENSFUD GARLIC POWDER
- 250 grams Cheddar cheese (coarsely grated)
- 100 grams parmesan cheese (finely grated)
Instructions
- Center the oven rack and heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175C)
- Combine the rolled oats, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, smoked paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder in a big bowl.
- Stir in the Cheddar and parmesan cheese, then sprinkle evenly.
- Spread the batter onto a nonstick jelly roll pan and press it firmly to adhere the ingredients.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the granola is golden brown and the cheese has crisped.
- After taking the pan out of the oven, transfer the heated granola to a cutting board and cut it into squares or bars. Remove the pan from the oven and while the granola is still hot, transfer it to a cutting board and cut into squares or bars. Let them cool completely and store in an airtight container.
