Ingredients
- 20 florets gobi/cauliflower
- ¾ cup maida/plain flour
- ¼ cup cornflour
- ½ tsp GREENSFUD KASHMIRI CHILLI POWDER
- ¼ tsp GREENSFUD GINGER POWDER
- ¼ tsp GREENSFUD TURMERIC POWDER
- ½ tsp GREENSFUD GARLIC POWDER
- 4 tsp GREENSFUD COCONUT OIL
- 1-inch ginger (finely chopped)
- ¼ tsp GREENSFUD GREEN CHILLI POWDER
- ¼ onion (finely chopped)
- ¼ cup spring onion (chopped)
- ½ capsicum (cube)
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tsp chilli sauce
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- ¼ tsp GREENSFUD CRUSHED BLACK PEPPER
- GREENSFUD HIMALAYAN PINK SALT as required
- Water as required
Instructions
- Boil cauliflower for 2 minutes in 4 cups of water with turmeric powder.
- Drain the water and firstly mix maida, cornflour, Kashmiri chilli powder, ginger powder, garlic powder, salt with the cauliflower. Then deep fry the prepared cauliflower in oil.
- In a large pan or skillet, heat 4 tbsp of oil. Add ginger, onion, spring onion, and capsicum over medium heat and sauté them well.
- Add tomato sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, pepper, and salt and mix well. Then stir in the cornflour mixture (corn starch + water) until the gravy thickens slightly and becomes translucent.
- Add fried gobi to this gravy and mix well.
- Serve it with fried rice.
