Ingredients
- 1/3 cup GREENSFUD SUN DRIED TOMATO
- ½ teaspoon GREENSFUD GARLIC POWDER
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon GREENSFUD DRIED OREGANO
- 1 teaspoon GREENSFUD RED CHILLY FLAKES
- 450 grams pasta of your choice
- 4 cups water or broth, plus more as needed
- 1 cup hummus, homemade or store-bought
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Zest and juice of 1 large lemon
- GREENSFUD HIMALAYAN PINK SALT TO TASTE
Instructions
- The sun-dried tomatoes and garlic should be sautéed for approximately a minute, until aromatic, in a big saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the tomato paste, smoked paprika, oregano and red pepper flakes. Cook, stirring frequently, for about 3 minutes or until the tomato paste is dispersed evenly and starting to color.
- Place the dry spaghetti in the bowl and add the flavored oil. If more liquid is required to completely soak the pasta, add a little more water or broth to the container before covering. Boil for 8 to 10 minutes or until the pasta is al cooked and most of the water has been absorbed.
